Capoeira groups for preschoolers start from the age of 3.5 to the age of 5
At this age capoeira proves itself to be an incredible developmental tool. Starting with coordination, body awareness, flexibility and mobility through music rhythm and movement to teamwork, cooperation and self-confidence.
Capoeira classes for preschoolers at Studio Kilombo are warm and enveloping little classes. In these classes we believe in the need for two instructors, in the classes we learn basic capoeira while playing a lot and rhythm. In most cases, the children grow together from this group on to the capoeira groups of the compulsory and elementary kindergarten.
